network issues / download speed drops

Hi team,
I have an issue with my network. I am running Proxmox 7.3 6.1kernel on my intel nuc with 2 LXC containers and 2 VMs. My NUC is currently connected to a Fritzbox Router and then goes out the internet. On that Fritzbox I also have a bridged Wifi - it's all in the 192.168.0.0./24 subnet.

After a while my network gets sluggish and download speed drops significantly from 500mbit to 100mbit and less, both on the Proxmox side as well as Wifi. I was wondering why so I began troubleshooting. I shut down each VM/LXC after another and checked again, no difference. After reboot of Proxmox Server, everything is back to normal. Download speed on my wifi goes back to 500mbit. I was trying to see what I see on the wire / air with wireshark but couldnt see anything unusual.


Can anybody explain that to me? on the proxmox side I see the following in journalctl every now and then:
