[SOLVED] Network device rate limit does not work after proxmox upgrade

Hello
I have machine where I set the rate limit to 10MB/s but it is working with 40MB/s
the problem appear only after upgrade to vrsion 7.2-14

can you post the vm config and how you test?
also could you test with e.g. iperf/iperf3 and post the output?
