Are you using the onboard Intel I219-V NIC or do you have some other NIC installed? Can you please post the contents of your /etc/network/interfaces file? Just type "cat /etc/network/interfaces in the terminal and it will output the contents of the file.

The H510M usually comes with a Realtek RTL8111H chipset, and those are notorious for dropping out on Proxmox/Linux with the default drivers. You might want to try installing the 'realtek-r8168-dkms' driver or just checking if there's a power management setting in the BIOS (like ErP or ASPM) that's causing the NIC to go to sleep. Updating to the latest kernel like Udo suggested is definitely a good first step too!
