Network Adapter Flash Update

Hello all,

I am trying to update my Intel I350-4 network adapter and I am getting an error that says:

Error: Connection to QV driver failed - please reinstall it!

Proxmox is up to date, with no updates to be installed. Why is this happening and how do I resolve it?

Hi,

The error isn’t about Proxmox being outdated, t’s about missing Intel’s special QV driver.
The simplest resolution is to run the update in an environment Intel officially supports, rather than trying to force it inside Proxmox.
