NetKVM Driver Issue

Hello,
i have set up a brand new Proxmox server and installed a brand new Windows Server 2019 VM.
I use the VirtIO Package 0.1.229.
I cannot get the network interfaces to work. Tryed multiple driver installes. Deinstalled the device, Reinstalled the driver. Tryed Driver for 2016, and so on.
Tryed VirtIO Driver, tryed Intel E1000. Also tryed switching Machine to q35.
What am i doing wrong?

This was installed from a German ISO right? Win10/Win Server 2019 are unfortunately known to have issues with the network.

WIn11 / WinServer 2022 should not have that problem anymore (in my tests). If you need to stay with Server 2019, consider installing the English ISO first and then the German language pack.
