We are looking for NetApp ONTAP Deploy support. NetApp currently doesn't support Proxmox due to incompatibility with their ONTAp Deploy product, which is used to deploy a NetApp OnTap virtual machine. The stated issue is the inability to interact with the LIBVERT API.?. Is their a configuration change that can be done to interact with LIBVERT?

There is no configuration option you can change as PVE does not use LIBVERT. The deploy tool should be talking PVE API, not underlying hypervisor (QEMU/KVM).
