I have an impossible problem to understand:
1 Proxmox 8.4 server with 1 physical interface eno1 (vmbr0) connected to the physical router with DHCP server (192.168.1.0/24 GW 192.168.1.1)
All firewalls disabled
On this Proxmox server, I installed two VMware ESXi 7.0 servers connected to the vmbr0 network.
I also have several other Linux and Windows machines connected to the vmbr0 interface.
All the machines retrieve an IP address from the DHCP pool. They communicate with each other and reach the gateway correctly (internet OK).
However, I noticed that my two ESXi VMs can reach the GW, so the internet is OK, and can communicate with the physical devices on the same network, but cannot communicate with the other VMs on the Proxmox.
I've enabled everything related to Promiscious, etc.
I've changed the MAC addresses several times, shut down, restarted, and still nothing.
I've tried creating a Linux Bridge vmbr1 that isn't connected to a physical interface and configuring static IPs, but still nothing...
Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you for your help, because I'm really lost for words.
