[SOLVED] Need wireshark packet capture in virtual machine

A virtual machine in a pve6.3 cluster with wireshark software is grabbing packets of traffic mirrored by the switch, and now the traffic mirrored by the switch can only go to the pve host, not to the virtual machine with wireshark.

The virtual is not configured with NIC passthrough, it is vmbr1

Does this have to be done straight through to be resolved?

usually, you can capture the tapX interface in Wireshark, the X is the ID of the VM.
