need to "sanitize" MSoffice attachments

any suggestion on how we can sanitize MSoffice attachments ?

using LibreOffice headless (libreoffice --convert-to) or DocBleach for CDR (Content Disarm & Reconstraction) to be executed as a script?

Best would be also to somehow inject a "mandatory friction step" before a download to make us users think before opening
