need to add route to proxmox

what is the best (cleanest solution ) to add a route (persistent )
i need to do it in each proxmox node

in /etc/network/interfaces,

on you physical interface, add

auto iface
iface .... inet static
   ...
   post-up /usr/sbin/ip route add ...
