Need some iptable help

I have a hetzner server and on this server I have Debian 10 running 3 VMs each another Debian 10 Proxmox. These 3 servers are in a HA cluster and the ips are 10.10.10.11-13. Let’s say the host server ip is 0.0.0.0. On this cluster I have a VM Centos 8 and it’s ip is 10.10.10.151. I would like to route all traffic for specific ports from host to the Centos VM that is running Plesk. I haven’t deduced how to do this as of yet. I think I would have to route the host to the cluster servers, then from the cluster servers to the vm on these servers. But do I use the same routing syntax as from host to cluster just switch up the ip‘s
