Need help with a strange problem with an AdguardHome LXC container?

Hello, I need your help with a strange problem. I have a two node cluster with LXC containers. When I migrate my AdguardHome container to my second node, DNS queries no longer work (but ping works). If I put back to node 1, the DNS queries work. If I restart node 2 and migrate the AdguardHome container to node 2, the DNS queries work.


to be honest, I don't understand. Do you have any idea?

do you use host based firewall rules?
Maybe on node 1 port 53 is blocked.

Hello, Thank you for your reply. I don't use host based firewall.
On node 1 dns request works all time.
I have the impression that the problem occurs when node 2 remains for a long time without having a VM or container.
if I restart node 2 and reboot the lxc container on it, the dns requests will work again.

can you post any logs from AdGuard. Anything the stands out?

Hello, I've found the issue. My two nodes are using ZFS replication. I deleted and recreated the ZFS replication between the two for the AdGuard Home container. It Work again.
