I think we should wait for the release note.(If you are looking for v8.3.0 fix description).
When the latest version is released, it's good idea to check the release notes to see if the fixes for the Bug IDs are included.

Bytheway CPU issues are often caused by 3rd party software processes.
So It would be helpful if you can share the full output of the TOP command or share us with the Bug ID here.
I actually didn't know about this story.
Also, It's good idea to check if your AV(antivirus) has the correct exclusion configured as well.
