Could you please confirm if Proxmox Backup Server (PBS) natively supports individual file recovery within virtual machines? This functionality is essential for our requirements.

Hi,
yes there is support for single file restore of VM contents via PVE, see https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#_single_file_restore

This is however limited to filesystems which can be mounted in the restore VM, so best is to test this individually for your usecase.
