N-Central monitoring of Proxmox host

Anyone out there get the Promox Host added in N-Central for monitoring?'
What was your steps to get it done?
I see something about installing the agent on the host.

Does it have an agent for Linux? Then it should work to treat your Proxmox server as another Linux Server and install the Linux agent on it.

Yes there is the agent, just don't know the commands to get it installed

Well I googled and found this:

According to that artile they don't have packages for Debian ( which is the base of ProxmoxVE) so the agent can be used. They support snmp though. Since I have neither experience with snmp nor n-central I can't tell how to setup it. If I were in your place I would use another monitoring software for Proxmox VE which has native support for Debian like Prometheus, Icinga, checkmk or Zabbix.
