My screen goes black when Installing Please help

I tried to install on my Precision 3460 Small Form Factor but when I click on install graphical or terminal I get the same thing I see these then once it gets to waiting for /dev screen goes blank and nothing installs. Please help I used rufus and put it on usb.

Have you tried a different USB port or a different USB? They would be my first go-to. Sorry if this suggestion sounds stupid.
 
Another thought, if you put that USB (or the different one you're working on creating now) in a different PC and try to boot from it, does that work?
You of course don't have to fully install it or anything, just starting up till the installer to make sure the USB is fine should be good enough (maybe up till the disks and network to see if it can find both if you want to be extra sure).
Helps us to figure out if the problem is with the (process of creating the) USB, or with the device itself.

it tries to load the Nvidia GPU driver, as can be seen from the nvidiafb entry in the loading drivers: line.
Tl;dr: Nvidia drivers are known to behave badly, unfortunately that's a known problem with these cards/drivers.

You can try setting the nomodeset parameter - that normally always solves this problem: https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/pve-admin-guide.html#nomodeset_kernel_param

Otherwise - if that doesn't work for some reason - you can also install stock Debian 12 and then Proxmox VE on top of it: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Install_Proxmox_VE_on_Debian_12_Bookworm
