My Proxmox has stopped sending outgoing emails

Hi,
I am writing to ask for some help. I have a two Community based subscription of Proxmox Mail gateway.
I had a hardware failure and one of my Proxmox, which was a primary one has failed. I had another one as a backup one but it does not kick in.
I can receive incomings but can not send to outside.

Could you please shed some light what might go wrong? I have Exchange 2010 as my mail server.

Is there any chance that you guys blocked it? and maybe disable some of its functionality remotely?

If there is a disable practice from your side, in what situations will you be disabling it?

Can you check my subscription if it is ok or not?

It really pisses me off as we can not send anything out.
Your help is greatly appreciated.

Definitely not!

How do you have the exchange server set up? Does it forward the mails based on a DNS entry which has two records (primary and secondary PMG)? Or is it set up to send it to an IP address?

Do you see connections from the exchange server in the logs of the secondary PMG?
