Hi Everyone,
I read a lot of posts of people with a problem similar to mine but noone with the same issue. So i decided to write.
I'm new to proxmox and I start experimenting a little with a lenovo m725s that I used for years with Win 10.
Everything is fine, I'm learning quickly and everything goes smoothly.
There is only one problem (that I could ignore, but is driving me crazy): everytime I reboot the node, the system goes off well but when restart get stuck on the lenovo splash screen. No bips, no errors, just stucked, with the fan at maximum speed, as in the normal starting process.
Using Windows I've never had that problem, the hardware configuration is the same (2x8 ddr4 ram, 2 tb nvme + 1 tb hdd (this is the only new adding), no pci card whatsoever).
I tried every possible edit on the bios, all the logical entries and all the 'not so related' entries. I tried removing ram, switching banks postion, adding new bank, changing everything. Nothing.
The only thing that I notice is that if I unplug the power chord and then plug it, starting proxmox and rebooting right away, it works; but if I use proxmox for only ten minutes, rebooting get stuck.
But there are no problem If I shutdown the node and restart right away pushing the button with my finger. (temperatures are fine)
(Since i use proxmox I already updated the kernel once, but the problem didn't resolve itself).
I'm puzzled.

Thank you
