How to configure the Proxmox email gateway to allow my internal server to send emails externally through the Proxmox email gateway

May I ask how to change the port for accessing the graphical interface address of Proxmox Mail Gateway Web? I would like to change 8006 to 80 or 443

I had a similar problem and it turned out my IP was on a domain blacklist. I ran a check on mxtoolbox and found the listing there. After requesting delisting and making sure my SPF, DKIM, and reverse DNS were set up right, things started working. Also, double check that your outgoing port 25 isn't being blocked by your ISP—it got me once.
