multiple subnets on one nic

i need a second subnet on my PVE, have I to this in /etc/network/interfaces or can I do thins from the GUI
second I have a cluster so have to do this on every mode otherwise I can not migrate I assume

You can either set it up in each interfaces file on each node or you can use Proxmox VE SDN.

PVE's SDN is pretty sweet. That would be my recommended approach as it managed from the web GUI at the datacenter level.
