Multiple Email Addresses - 1 Digest

Is there a way to group email aliases together and have 1 digest (spam report)? There is probably an easy way to do this but I cant see the wood for the trees. Appreciate any help anyone can give.

Only if you're using LDAP to get the information (then only the main-address will get a report for all aliases)

there is an enhancement request for this - https://bugzilla.proxmox.com/show_bug.cgi?id=2629
(not too high on the priority list though)

Thanks. I configured LDAP yesterday remembering to put in the relevant attributes to cover the additional email addresses for a user. However, I'm still getting separate spam reports for the individual email addresses.

Do I have to do something once LDAP is configured?

Usually not - check the GUI->User Management->LDAP page - if the sync seems to contain the correct data (i.e. that each account has all its aliases listed as such)
