Multicast Issues? and Unable to Move KVM VM

Whenever we move a container - it works fine.

Whenever we move a KVM VM - it keeps giving us Error 250. I ran the command below

clusvcadm -M pvevm:101 -m PL-C-004'

I get service does not exist ...

Also my servers, if I click on the nodes, you can see the performance of each but in the data center summary, only 2 show up - I assume this is a multicast issue?
