Hi All,
Is this possible...
4 NICs - bonded in 2 pairs.
1 pair on 192.168.10.0/24 network
1 pair on 10.10.20.0/24 network
Have 2-3 VMs with static IP in the 192.168.10.0 segment
and 3-4 VMs with static IP in the 10.10.20.0 segment
On top of that I want to keep SSH access to the host server (or do I need a 5th NIC for that?)
I can do bondig - but can I setup VMs so they share the same bond?
Do I need a 5th NIC to keep direct SSH access to the host?
Other question...
I've 1.2 TB in a RAID 6 - What would be the best way to install VMs :
- Each VM a different partition on the host, or Each VM a 40-80GB file?
