I can't run Mullvad on Ubuntu or Debian. I am getting the same error from this thread:

This was a year ago so has there been any further resolutions?
one of the suggestions was to run:
mkdir -p /tmp/net-cls-v1
mount -t cgroup -o net_cls none /tmp/net-cls-v1
and while I can create the directory, I can't mount to the tmp folder because it says permission denied, even when running as root. I even ran chmod 777 to the folder and same issue. Any ideas?
