I have recently setup PBS, but I would like to move my VZDumps to my PBS server. Is that possible? If so, how?

Not without restoring them to a PVE node first and then backing them up again to the PBS (which then probably results in wrong dates and VMIDs).
You could of cause setup a NFS/SMB server on your PBS server and store them here as VZDump archives (without gatting any of the PBS features).
