I made a backup of a openvz vps where load was usually 2.5 or less constantly for months on proxmox 3.4
I then reinstalled the server using proxmox 5.2 and used cpulimit to limit the cpu similar to openvz using 8.
I now notice however that load is at 26.00+ constantly after restoring it as LXC container?
Is this normal? or am I missing something?
