I now have proxmox running on a J1800 with an SSD 256G and a hd 1T. I bought myself a N100 system with 256G NVME and I want to move the HD from the old machine to the new. I have 6 VM's running on them, 5 are on the HD, 1 on the SSD. I only have 1 1TB HD 2,5" which is half filled.
How to achive this? I don't have a cluster or a backup server.
Edit: I do have a usb3 to sata box to move the machine that is on the ssd.

No external Disk, pen drive, sdcard + reader or NAS available?
Easiest way would be to backup your VMs and LXCs there using VZDump. Then connect it to the new server, mount it there and restore them.

And you should always have backups...not just when moving VMs around...
The J1800 for example could be used as a PBS in the future.

You could also try the (experimental) cross-cluster migration. See the "qm remote-migrate" command: https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs/qm.1.html

The problem is that I only have 1 drive. My 'NAS' is a virtual machine on the proxmox.

Can't you backup the VMs to the HD and restore the VM from that HD after the move?
on the J1800 I have only USB2 and copying 500G over USB2 is not fun...
Buy better/more hardware/storage or just deal with it for this one time only? Or use an internet cloud storage if your internet is faster than USB. Or do it over the local network with scp (which comes with ssh). Nothing about moving files between machines is specific to Proxmox, so you can follow other guides from the internet too.

I copied the file /etc/systemd/system/mnt-pve-data.mount from the old machine to the new one and that worked.
Further I copied the files to /etc/pve/nodes/pve2/qemu-server/*.conf where pve2 is the name of my new node.
It works now
