Move pve cluster to new subnet

Hi all,

Is it possible to move an entire proxmox cluster from one subnet to another?
If so, how is this done?

The network is already configured for the other subnet? If so, change the address lookup in /etc/hosts and restart all nodes. But maybe other thing depend on your configuration (which I do not know).
