Move HDD with Proxmox on into a different Server

Heya all,

there will be a migration of my current Server.
The HDDs (H/W RAID) will be put in a new Server, where the Mainboard may be different but all the other specs should be the same.

Will this work with my current Proxmox instance and the VMs or do I need to reconfigure something?
I was told that the MacAdress will be changed, but I have not set up my VMs to use MacAdress'

Yes it should work right away.
You may need to edit network so you get the right eth0, 1, 2 interfaces in /etc/udev/rules.d/70-persistent-net.rules
