Move form Hyprer-v to Proxmox

Hello!
We have Windows Server 2012 Standard server with hyper-V role on DELL hardware (server is activated with OEM product key). We want to move to Proxmox. If we install Proxmox will Windows activate the OS with product key given? If it will not work automatically what I need to do?

It should. If it doesn't just re-enter the key and carry on.
