Hello all,

I can’t manage my VMs on the 6.2-15 virtual environment using the console because I have an offset with my mouse. For other security rules, I can’t open in RDP, so I only use web remote.

hi,

you likely have an offset using the mouse because the display type for that VM is set to "SPICE" but you're using noVNC to access it ;)

you can still pick a different console viewer, click the little arrow button on the top right of the VM where it says "Console", you should see SPICE there (when activated as a display)

Hi, still not working i tried to put SPICE and xtern.js as default console viewer on the DC

for SPICE it download me a file but i prefer NOVNC

Hi, we need to put on every VMs the display from default to VGA and it's resolved.
