In PBS the statistics, CPU & memory usage, server load etc, when looking further back, are much more detailed than in PVE.

For example, in PVE, when looking back 1 day, the interval is already reduced to half an hour. In PBS you can still see minute intervals from a day back.
When looking a week back, that interval is further reduced to 3 hours, while in PBS half hour intervals are available.

I assume this is done because in PBS, you only need 1 set of statistics, while in PVE there is also the statistics of individual VM's and containers to store. Is there an option to increase the retention of this or is it possible to create a feature request for an option like it? I would gladly dedicate some more disk space to it, rather than spin up a whole different container or machine, just for monitoring. I quite like the data I have available in the interface and it would be perfect if there would be a way to see some more detailed history.

PBS has a new, custom round robin database implementation using higher resolutions. We may switch to this new implementation in the next major PVE release, but this is not yet decided...

Gotcha, in that case I hope it makes it in. ;)
