Monitor doesn't support the output from ProxMox

When running the installer, after the GRUB menu all monitors I have tried state that they don't support the input range. There is an old thread from 2015 about this issue with some people saying they have experienced it in current year, so I'm making a new thread for this. I'm running a Dell PowerEdge R410. ProxMox has worked on this server in the past, I am re-building with updated disks. So far I have not been able to get the software loaded due to this. Pressing "Enter" does nothing. Trying to hop to a different virtual terminal does not work, alt-sysreq keys do nothing.
7.1 should be ok too ( it use kernel 5.13 )
5.15 kernel since 7.2 has these monitor issues with some hw
