Monitor / Capture Network All Within Proxmox Cluster

Hello all,
I want to monitor/capture all network traffic within a cluster. The problem I have run into is that I can see traffic between VMs that reside in different servers, but I cannot see traffic between VMs that reside within the same server. The following illustrates my problem:

Is there a way to capture all traffic within a cluster?
