modifying the subject to add spam or some other info in the subject are you using this?

Just wondering how many of you are using modifying the subject by adding SPAM or adding some other string in the subject.
I am having a really hard time using this so it will be added only on messages that might be potentially malicious.
Is it possible to use this any other way then just spam score? Like can we add it only on messages that have hits like PDS_BTC_ID from spam assassin? I am guessing that is not possible or is it?

Or do you not use this at all and just add disclaimer to every message?

Hi poetry,

I use it adding a different word on subject depending on what list it has been blocked.
Then forwarding a notice to me so I can check if I'll release it or not.

Now, detecting according to the hits - meaning the score? That I don't know if it's possible.
