Hello Proxmox,
I have a Proxmox VE cluster with 3 hosts, and each host has 1 CPU socket.
I’m looking at purchasing subscriptions from the Proxmox shop, but I only see 1-CPU, 2-CPU, and 4-CPU options. To cover all 3 hosts, I’m considering buying one 1-CPU subscription and one 2-CPU subscription.
Could you please confirm:
1. Whether this is the correct way to cover 3 one-socket hosts,
2. How the mixed subscriptions should be assigned in the portal,
3. Whether each host needs its own separate key, or if socket coverage is handled differently for the cluster,
4. Any best-practice recommendation for entering and managing the subscriptions in Proxmox VE 9.1.1.
Thank you for your help.
