Missing Storage?

I have a ZFS-Mirror pool that I am using for storage to allocate the VMs. Under PVE > ZFS > I can see Free: 98GiB Allocated: 37GiB.

I have a VM that has run out of storage. When I try to "re-size disk" I get

zfs error: cannot set property for 'vmpool1/vm-101-disk-0': size is greater than available space (500)

What's the deal? Why would it tell me that there isn't enough space if I can see 98GiB free?

It accounts for snapshots as well. If the disk grows, so may also the snapshots.
