Missing pending updates on the nodes / vm migraiton between different cluster(s) not working

Maybe i am missing something , or is still under development the ability to see which nodes have pending updates.
An other thing i have issues with is migrating a vm from one cluster/ proxmox host to an other cluster/node.

I am using different (root) credentials to manage them normally so not sure if the issue is related to this.

it is a permission issue, that is for sure, but i was wondering if you have to use the same credentials to login to source and destination ?
Currently using 2 seperate login's as they are also located in 2 different location(s)/ sites.
 
I also checked ifh the ID exsists on remote site, which is not the case so it is not a VMID issue ...
