You're still using 6.1, a relatively ancient version of Proxmox VE, so you need to upgrade to get new featrues ;-) Ensure that you got valid package repositories setup, especially on for PVE that you actually can access.. https://pve.proxmox.com/pve-docs-6/chapter-sysadmin.html#sysadmin_package_repositories FYI: The whole 6.x series is nearing its EOL this summer, so I'd also look into upgrading to 7.x: https://pve.proxmox.com/wiki/Upgrade_from_6.x_to_7.0
