the step qemu-img convert and the next steps i did not understand how to do it

Perfomance nice!
All works fine, I have one problem with the virtio network device in VMs, which can't forward dhcp requests to mikrotik.
Change ethernet device to e1000 and all works fine!

First you need to create VM with hdd qcow2 format.
When you get qcow 2 file you need to move it into /var/lib/vz/images/[name of hdd imgae VM].qcow2 and rewrite it!
now, start new VM with hdd image of mikrotik-chr.
all works.
after, you can move qcow2 to zfs format.
