Migration tool

I am using the free version of proxmox and I am trying to get the migration tool. When I run the updates, it is not adding it and ESXi is not showing up under storage chooses.
I have these as repositories

deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian bookworm main contrib

deb http://ftp.us.debian.org/debian bookworm-updates main contrib

deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve bookworm pve-no-subscription

deb http://download.proxmox.com/debian/pve bookworm pvetest

# security updates
deb http://security.debian.org bookworm-security main contrib

After adding in the pvetest and no subscription repository, I ran the update but didn't see the ESXi choose under storage. I rebooted the machine and It was there after the reboot.
