Migrating to a new server

I have an R710 running a VM on PVE 6.2-12. I'm building a newer server running 8.2-2. The old server used to be a part of a cluster but that old server took a dump so it no longer exists.

How do I transfer the only VM off of the R710 and its hard disk/config settings to the new server?
The VM is a Windows 10 VM with a 70gb main drive and a 410gb additional drive.
