Migrating PVGrub-based Xen domU Virtual Machines to ProxMox

I have now completed a conversion from 8 plain Xen Hypervisor (on Debian) systems to a 6 server ProxMox cluster. Almost 95% of the Linux based virtual machines were originaly created using xen-tools and later configured with grub-xen. So: no partition map.
