Migrating from VirtualBox to Proxmox - Issues with rocky9

Hi all!

I am trying to migrate my Rocky9 VM's from VirtualBox to Proxmox and am running into the issue where all my VM's stop booting at the dracut initqueue hook step.

I have no idea what it is or does, what i want to know is how to get passed this step.

Any ideas?
