[SOLVED] Migrated W2K3R2 server from 6.4.15 to 8.2.4 now will not boot, STOP ERROR x0A5 Bios Not Fully ACPI Compliant

The title says it all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Edit: Additional info: I thought to try a repair of the installation with the original W2K3R2 installation disk, and it also generates the same error. If I press F7 at the beginning to install a non-ACPI HAL it will proceed to the Install / Repair screen.

Additional info: a fresh install of W2K3R2 on version 8.2.4 installs as an ACPI compliant vm, and works fine. My vm, which was migrated to the 8.2.4 from 6.4-15, will not boot and throws the not fully ACPI BSOD and dies. I can rebuild the vm from scratch if I have to, but it has a couple instances of MS sql server on it and if I can fix the vm I have it would be much, much easier. Does anyone have any insight?

OK for anyone who searches for this, the solution was to go into options, processor, and change host to kvm32. This removed the not fully ACPI compliant message, and the machine boots and runs normally..
