Migrate server to VM

I am new to the forum and new to Proxmox so I hope this is the right area to post my question.

I have an existing standalone Ubuntu server 22.04 running a bunch of Docker containers that I want to migrate to a Proxmox VM, is there a "step by step" guide as to how to accomplish this?

What you want to do is a p2v migration.
There are various options. Likely you will need two or even more tries but you will get there
