Migrate PBS to another node

Hello folks,

I currently have a pve node with a pbs VM installed on it that send the backup to an external NAS.
I'll change the current pve node with a new server, i'll use the pbs backup on the new server to migrate the current VMs.
But how do i migrate the PBS vm from one node to another ? (no clustering since i'll be shutting the old server)

backup without pbs, so with the regular vzdump to your nas (need a datastore vzdump with nfs or cifs for eg.)

Can i create a cluster with the old server (still running) as the master and joining it with the new one, migrating everything on it and then just quitting the cluster ?
