Hi Everyone, Just wanted to ask whether anyone knows the best method to get in contact with Microsoft regarding False Positive of email delivery?
It was working perfectly for years and no changes on our side, and then about 2 weeks ago, all emails to Microsoft recipients stopped receiving emails and when I tested sending to an @outlook.com email, it was delivered into Junk Folder.
These were the same senders to the same recipients that were ok 2 weeks prior.
I know all SPF, DKIM and DMARC have all passed on various tools like MXToolbox, https://mha.azurewebsites.net/, https://www.appmaildev.com/en/dkim etc and they all pass and our IPs are not blacklisted on any known services.
No issues delivering emails to Google or Yahoo. I have been advised that for some recipients, it doesnt even appear in their Junk Folder.
Any pointers will always be appreciated, thank you.
