I would like to warn others users about spamrbl.imp.ch which is included in PMG default installation:
All my users where prevented to receive incoming mails from hotmail.com and outlook.com in the last days.
I know that freemails are terrible but my users include real-estate, medecine doctors and they have to deal with their customers who are individuals, not companies.

Even if recently a lot of junk is coming from Microsoft and Gmail, you cannot block the ip's and domains of these major providers
unless you deal ONLY with Fortune100 companies !

It tooks me a while to figure where this blacklist was located, after looking into SpamAssassin rules, I found it more easily in the GUI in mail proxy options.

did not found this list in our pmg9 setup, and dns server record, maybe it's manually added by your side?

We had the same problem with blocked mails from M365 Servers because of this list. I don't know if it was configured by default (I did not set up the PMG server). Had to check all the BL entries in the list manually if they are still active.

Are you guys sure you or a colleague didn't add this by yourselves?

It's not part of the PMG default configuration as far as I can tell, but it has been recommended several times in the past here on the forums.

Just to confirm, I just installed PMG 9.0.1 from the template, here is how it looks like after a fresh install:
