How can you tell why a message gets blocked? We have rules that block messages but not sure how to tell what blocked this message below?

Hi Ryan,

You configured some rules doing block actions and now, some emails get blocked? Whats wrong?

The tracking center does not show the rules, so you have to investigate.

What is the desired block action?
How do configured your system/rules?
Why do you think this is wrong?

To review your rules, you can make a backup of your configuration via the web interface and send it to support@proxmox.com - then the support team can validate if your rules are configured in the right way.
